Friday October the 30th sees the Curragh Sons bring their unique brand of high-octane Irish music to the Moon and Sixpence in Glossop. The ever shifting lineup sees the return of Steve Massey on drums, joined onstage by Paul Higham, Sean Wood, Paul Newland and Dave Molynuex.
There are a couple of new tunes in the pipe, Sean has pledged to have learned the words to Steve Earles Copperhead Road and apparently young Higham is planning to have a crack at Pancho and Lefty.
Anyway get down there early if you’re planning on coming, it promises to be nothing short of a blinder. And remember this, in the words of Sean himself “the more you drink, the better we sound”. Hur!
